Our Purpose and Mission
To facilitate quality of life and alleviate suffering within our community so that people experience peace, comfort and dignity when it matters most. Helderberg Hospice has provided comprehensive health care since 1986. One of the first hospices in South Africa, it was established as an independent community organisation that embraces the ideals of palliative care to alleviate suffering.
Helderberg Hospice is a registered Nonprofit Organisation (004-372 NPO), has been approved as a public benefit organisation in terms of section 30 of the Income Tax Act (930 003 638 / 18A) and is VAT Registered (4150122184).
